Kelsey Gaynier, Esq.

Attorney Kelsey Gaynier began law school in Miami, FL after receiving her B.A. in Anthropology from Haverford College. As a Florida Bar Fellow, she worked for the St. Thomas Human Rights Institute which provides free legal services to recent south Florida immigrants. 
 
Missing the City of Philadelphia, Kelsey transferred back to Temple University Beasley School of Law where she volunteered with the Women’s Law Project’s Domestic Violence Assistance Program and worked with the SeniorLAW Center, which provides free legal services to low-income seniors living in Philadelphia. She also interned in the Torts Litigation Department at the Attorney General’s Office in New Jersey, where she helped defend the State of New Jersey against various state and federal lawsuits.
 
Since then, Kelsey has dedicated her entire career to helping victims of medical malpractice, personal injury and products liability cases in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania state and federal courts. She remains committed to public service by serving as a principal board member to HAVEN, a transitional housing and vocational training program for female homeless veterans in Philadelphia.
 
Kelsey has been selected as a “Rising Star” in Philadelphia Magazine’s SuperLawyers edition, an honor reserved for the top 2.5 percent of attorneys under 40 years old. She is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations, Philadelphia Trial Lawyers Association, the American Association for Justice – and actively serves as a Pennsylvania court-appointed Arbitrator and Judge Pro Tempore.

Jerry Lyons, Esq.

Attorney Jerry Lyons is a life-long resident of the Philadelphia area. He graduated Penn State University with a Bachelor of Fine Arts and earned his JD (Juris Doctor) at Temple University School of Law in 1987.

Jerry Lyons has written articles that have been published in local and national publications. He is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association, Pennsylvania Association of Justice, American Bar Association and American Association of Justice. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in 1987, and has also been admitted to the Supreme Court of the United States.
