The Legal Team

As one of the leading law firms in Philadelphia and New Jersey, our legal team has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in settlements and jury verdicts on behalf of thousands of clients

Joseph Chaiken, Esq.

Attorney Joseph Chaiken is an award- winning trial advocate and seasoned personal injury and medical malpractice attorney with over 40-years of experience.

Forty years ago, he founded this firm to win for people like you to make things right after doctor’s errors, auto and fall down accidents, and bad products.

It has been his credo to fight like hell to successfully win cases against the people who have wronged you and their insurance companies and corporations no matter what it takes.

Because of his commitment to his clients, he’s won millions and millions of dollars from every insurance company you can name, in cases against doctors and hospitals, property owners, and in cases against national and international companies. Attorneys for insurance companies and large corporations fear me (and the attorneys in this firm) because we win cases, and do not quit. Other lawyers send their cases to us because they trust our expertise honesty and integrity and because we have won cases other attorneys thought could not be won.

Joseph has been recognized as one of the Best Lawyers in America, and one of the Top Trial Lawyers in Pennsylvania. He is a member of the elite Million Dollar Advocacy Forum, but the greatest award he’s received is from his clients. For the past 40 years they continue to come back to him and send their friends and family members. They return and refer their people because they know he’s honest, he’s won their case and because they know he will continue to do what it takes. They refer because they trust him, and know their people will be treated with the respect and honesty each of us deserves.

He looks forward to speaking with and winning for you– to right what was wrongly done to you.
